Mechanical Paver Finishers

Our mechanical paver finishers is manufactured with acute attention to detail. The equipment is reliable, easy to operate and maintain. Heavy duty paving fleet is manufactured in collaboration with foreign companies. Range of paver finishers offered by us are as follows:

Mechanical Paver Finishers: AP 400 M / RM 6 & AP 400 WMM / WM 6
Hydrostatic Paver Finishers: AP 550, AP 700C & AP 1000C
Mechanical Paver Finishers: AP 400WMM (WM 6)
Also available are AP 700 R – Tyre mounted paver for paving applications up to 7 mtrs and AP 550C – crawler mounted paver for 5.5mtrs application.

Especially designed for paving soil stabilization mix with maximum aggregate size of 45mm, high level accuracy can be attained by our unit. Teamed with standard truck tyres, the pavers have study construction and ensures long years of trouble free performance.

Engine: Water cooled Simpson engines of 48.5 Kw (65HP) are supplied by the unit. Customers can also select equivalent engines from us as per their choice.

Screed: Our unit is supplied with a basic screed of 2.5 meters which can be extended up to 4 meters with mechanical bolt on extensions on either side.

Hydraulic controls: The hopper operations, screed lifting and vibrating arrangement of machine are hydraulically controlled in the unit.
